So, Who Am I?

One answer is: a lifelong student. I earned my B.A. in Literature with emphases in Spanish Literature and Black Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Following my academic training, I gained professional experience as an editor and journalist, where I acquired a reverence for people-centered storytelling. I learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in my spare time before switching tracks again to UX design. The new path was clear: as a product designer I could establish a career rooted in technical skill and informed my by obsession for narrative. 

Having graduated from Design Lab’s UX Academy, I now have the tools to create intuitive, colorful, and concise digital experiences.
